The following, which had been held on reconsideration until today's            
calendar (page 1902), was again before the House in third reading:             
                                                                               
HOUSE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 135(FIN)                                         
"An Act relating to permanent fund dividend program notice                    
requirements, to the ineligibility for dividends of individuals                
convicted of felonies or incarcerated for misdemeanors, and to the             
determination of the number and identity of certain ineligible                 
individuals; and providing for an effective date."                             
                                                                               
**The presence of Representative MacLean was noted.                            
                                                                               
The Speaker stated that the reconsideration of HCSSB 135(FIN)                  
would be held to the May 8, 1995, calendar.
